The Kart Centre & The Axe Centre

Very impressed with the service we were provided, we had the most amazing time, helped through each step, fixed issues in seconds. Highly recommend this place. The double Kart is hard work, but worth it seeing the smile on your child's face. Only downside we didn't get a copy of our times.

The diesel smell was a bit strong due to the enclosure setting, but we all had a great time there

Nice indoor place to gokart, although karts are not in great condition and should be maintained better. Place should be more ventilated. Friendly staff. Overall a one time visit place.

Bloody fkn awesome place. Highly reccomend coming to this place. everyone working out the back is awesome at their job. Would be interesting to be able to see your lap times while racing around the track for better. Would also be wicked cool to have a couple karts that have good race tyres and have a couple more hp for those experienced drivers

Went with a big family group, ages ranging from 9 to 70. The staff were lovely, super helpful. Not sure of the name of the young girl who served us on the desk but she was great. Young guy on the track was really patient with the kids and quick to sort them out when they had stopped.Track was great, karts were easy for any age. Well priced.We will definitely be back.

In the heart of the industrial area.The industrial concrete building looks big from the outside. The track is small. It's windy but just wide enough for overtaking.The carts are pretty good. Except for the double cart. It's hard to turn right.The registration process is short. Parking on site. Water, snacks and drinks.

MK review below is a bit rough to give 3 stars.The Kart centre track and all kart centre tracks for public hire indoors are designed to be small and restricted to create close and fun racing at a safe level dictated by insurances in the modern day we live in. It’s a purpose built facility with a high level of safety and the latest technology at the time it was constructed. Have been going for a few years now and while I have always had fun every-time you can notice that most of the karts are now well used and worn so if a kart is not in perfect operation I could see how that could dampen someone’s experience. The facility has other activities, games and even a functions area for birthdays/events. Food ok and the couple of times I’ve had a coffee it been great.

Went for a bucks day with 16 people, we had to split into 2 groups as it was maximum of 10 people on the track. Staff were awesome and just restricted your kart for a few laps if you were playing up too much. Awesome fun and entertaining to watch. Great facility's
